“Public service is at the core of who I am. I am honored to make a difference in the lives of many through policy and improving the systems that impact our lives.” - Delegate Jennifer White Holland

Meet Jennifer!

I am Delegate Jennifer White Holland and I represent District 10 in Baltimore County. By day, I use my public health training at a local community health foundation to lead and support local grassroots advocacy campaigns. In Annapolis, I fight for evidence-based public health policies that protect and promote our health and wellbeing.

In the Maryland General Assembly, I work collaboratively with local, state, and federal colleagues to deliver results for District 10 residents. I have sponsored and voted for legislation that improves access to community services through capital bond initiatives, improve our schools and education workforce, increase access to affordable housing, protect our environment, strengthen Maryland's economic development, and increase access to high quality health care.

I am proud to serve as your Delegate and voice in Annapolis. Let's continue working together to close gaps, eliminate barriers, and ensure our communities are thriving.

Protecting Marylanders

Protecting Marylanders

Protecting Marylanders

Our democracy is hanging on by a thread. Despite these poor actions at the federal level, Maryland is responding and will continue to protect what is working and serving Marylanders.

Health Care

Protecting Marylanders

Protecting Marylanders

Our health is largely driven by factors like income, education, where we live, access to food, transportation and access to affordable and high-quality health care.

Education

Environment

Our children deserve a high-quality education that creates a safe, healthy and supportive environment where they can thrive.

Environment

We are at a pivotal point to protect our environment. The science is clear: the climate is changing. While Maryland has taken steps to reduce these emissions by 25 percent from a 2006 baseline by 2020, the latest science says that we need to do more.

Older Adults

Public Safety

Older adults 65+ are pillars of our community and continue to make significant contributions. Baltimore County’s 65+ population is growing, which requires our communities to be age-friendly and designed for       people to age in place.
