Jennifer is an Owings Mills resident who is a public health professional, health and environmental justice advocate and hard working community leader. Once settling in the Owings Mills community, she quickly became involved with her local community and served on the Baltimore County Board of Health in 2017 and currently serves on her homeowner's association board of directors. 

Throughout her public health career, she has pushed for policy, systems and environmental changes that improve access to community services, quality education, affordable and quality health care, safe and affordable housing and our environment. 

Jennifer is proud of the progress Baltimore County and Maryland is making, but we must go farther to close gaps, eliminate barriers and ensure our communities are thriving. District 10 deserves to have a representative who listens, that is transparent, trustworthy and understands the needs of residents. You can count on Jennifer to get the job done for District 10!
